Return Policy

Exchanges

 

  • Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may send back any unopened item that is still in its original packaging for an exchange for another product.
  • Goods for exchange must be returned in "as new" condition. Items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.
  • Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery and/or, are unable to be resold as new, or are missing parts cannot be exchanged.
  • We can process exchanges only for items purchased from Payless Pharmacy.

 

Refunds

 

  • We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
  • Refunds are only available for items that are defective or damaged. Such items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • We can process returns only for items purchased from Payless Pharmacy.
  • Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery cannot be refunded.

 

Special Exceptions

  • Prescription items cannot be refunded or exchanged as it is against the law to redispense medication. If you are not sure about side effects or you have not taken the medication before, we suggest that you receive your medication monthly.
  • Electronics and Digital Cameras that are covered under warranty must be returned, exchanged or repaired through the manufacturer. Contact the manufacturer to find out more.
  • Shipping Errors - if we've made an error (for instance if we sent the wrong item) please contact us.
